The three main auxiliary verbs in English are:
-DO: -Present Simple & Past Simple (negative & interrogative):
She doesn't like music / Do you speak Chinese?
-BE: -Present Continuous & Past Continuous:
I am reading a book / They were listening to the radio (when I arrived)
-HAVE: -Present Perfect & Past Perfect:
They have gone to Paris / She had phoned him (when he got there).
